Yellow Bus Service

Some students qualify for bus services to and from Lawton.  Bus transportation is provided by Seattle Public Schools.  To find out if you qualify and for more information, please visit the  Seattle Pubilc Schools Transportation page on the SPS website.

Safe Routes to School (SRTS) is a pilot program Lawton is participating in to increase the number of children walking and biking to school safely.  SchoolShare helps you plan routes, log miles, even morph from a poky snail to a speedy elephant. It also hooks you up with like-minded Lawton neighbors. At the end of the test run, the center will ask Lawton families for feedback so they can fine tune the site and offer it to other school communities.  For more information, please visit the SchoolShare website.
