Mark your calendars for this year’s big Lawton fundraiser event, a casino party to be held at the Space Needle on Saturday, March 13th, 2010. In place of our annual auction, this event promises all the fun, glitz, good food and drink of our traditional event but with a new twist.
You’ll have a chance to mingle and socialize with other Lawton parents and staff, try your luck in some classic casino games as well as sign up for the ever-popular parties — some old favorites and some new. Poker aficionados and newbies alike will have a chance to hit the tables and win some fabulous prizes. There will also be a Make A Difference opportunity (a “raise your paddle” pledge drive.) Add in several great raffles for prizes and some surprises as well, and you won’t want to miss this!
Why Should I Come?
Besides having a wonderful night out, your support is important! The dollars raised go directly back into programs benefiting each child at Lawton. We hope to ensure the Lawton coffers are well stocked to provide our kids the critical enrichment and world cultures programs, tutoring, classroom reduction and other unique opportunities we all expect and appreciate.
