Online School Supply Ordering. Back by Popular Demand. Order by June 30th.

You ask, we listen.  I know it’s hard to focus on NEXT school year when this is wrapping up …. but the PTA is pleased to announce that online school supply ordering is back!

Lawton PTA has partnered with Innisbrook School Supplies to bring you Online School Supply ordering.

Here’s how:

You can also order via the order form (linked here and coming home by kidmail) and pay by check, but orders must be received to the PTA box  by 1 pm on 6/22.

The school supply lists are prefilled for the supplies for your child’s grade next school year. (regardless of the teacher assignment)

There are numerous benefits….it’s easy, it’s convenient, it saves gas, it keeps you from having to buy supplies in the summer, it allows you to check it off your to do list now .  The supplies are name brand and competitively priced. Best of all, the supply packs will be delivered directly to school, boxed and labeled and waiting for your child in his/her classroom on first day of school.  (another benefit… no toting 37 pounds of supplies on the first day of school!)

Please note that most teachers “pool” supplies, meaning for example all the markers go in a marker bin, all the pencils go together etc..  With the exception of a folder or so, the supplies personally picked out are typically not used by the individual student.  There are a few items from the school supply list that aren’t for sale at this online store.. backpacks, a few K supplies (ex play dough), bike helmets, but otherwise the prefilled lists are comprehensive.

It’s not a fundraiser, it’s not mandatory… it’s just a convenience we’re offering to our families.  We started this last year and it was an overwhelming success.
